Pushup: Wide Grip Super Set Slow
Set-Up:
- Make sure head is in alignment with shoulders
- Keep back straight
- Pull abdominals in
- Hands are outside the shoulders
Exercises:
- 3 wide grip pushups, 5 seconds down and 5 seconds up
- 3 wide grip pushups, going halfway down and back all the way up
- 3 wide grip pushups, going all the way down and halfway back up
