with the Perfect Fitness Power 10 Arms Workout. Using only the Perfect Pushup,
take your fitness to the next level by powering through a challenging regimen.
The Power 10 Arms workout includes three exercises: one-arm assisted pushups,
power punches, and a super set of slow, close-gripped pushups. Be sure to
practice good form – it’s about quality, not quantity! If you can’t do all the
reps listed below, do what you can and build up from there. Make sure to
stretch and rest in between exercises.

The Workout:

One-Arm Assisted Pushups – 10 reps then switch
arms
